I am against using RFID tags, but not for the reasons most people mention. I’m against it because RFID is one of the least secure technologies out there. Any 15-year-old hacker with access to Google can wipe an RFID tag and rewrite it with any data they want. The idea that these things will somehow make IDs more useful and secure is ridiculous.
